Yes, it is a big deal.

One of the biggest shortcomings for any Windows Phone user was the lack of a dedicated file manager. And now Microsoft seems to have heard the masses and have released a File Manager to download for free.

Aptly called "Files" it can be downloaded by anyone running Windows 8.1 whether out of the box or the developer edition.

Just downloaded and installed, and it's something that was sorely missed.

    Good Guy Microsoft!

Here's a link to the app.

Actually this 8.1 OS is nice.

That's what you'd have seen had you looked in the mirror right after seeing the first naked woman in your life.
(LOL.. try to look at the pic and visualize that if you can)

Absolutely, After this Android feels really stuck up and backward in their GUI response. dunno about the new 4.4, but till the 4.2, it's not comparable at all to the feel of windows.

I will but as of now the HTC one mini and the other Samsung phones I have tried here, don't think so.

Besides I'm kinda sick of Google this Google that being bundled along with every phone. Probably the next one would be the upgraded Nokia X. Till they don't come out with a front cam and flash, nope.
