    Dont neet a GPU,

was looking at an FX 8350 based config .. can skimp on the Cabby as its not a priority.

    8 GB RAM needed.

    AMD FX 4300 -6500 rs
    GIGABYTE 78LMT SPT-3000rs
    4GB Kingston hyperX blu / RED-2800rs
    Seasonic BT 400 ( Seasonic SS400BT PSU - Seasonic: Flipkart.com )
    AMD R7 250 - 6.2K rs
    WD BLUE 1TB-3900rs
Cooler master Elite 310/311-2K or Antec x1 -2500rs

I won't Suggest Corsair VS series because of no certification , cheap components and CX seriesPSU gives a little bit more than they specify.
Like a Seasonic bt400 or CX430 PSU in some case your system consumes more power like 450w or little bit higher then Seasonic bt 400 or CX430 can handle this situation where as VS series power supply will fail.
