Need a PC for office work, which includes:
    - Word
    - Excel
    - Browsing
    - Some Photoshop
    - Some office accounting application

    Budget: As minimum as possible.

Must be Intel, as it is requirement of the client (Cousin).

    Currently, I am eyeing:
    CPU -Intel G1610
    Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-B75M - DH3
    RAM - 4GB Kingston DDR3
    HDD - 500GB Seagate
KB + Mouse - Logitech Wired Combo
    Cabinet - CoolerMaster CMP-250
    PSU - Corsair VS450

    And a 21" monitor.

Go for branded option from Acer or the likes. The after sales support will be useful for issues if any. For an office purpose it's what I would recommend

    Look at APU options maybe?
i still need to check prices but a 7850k+basic level mobo would cost almost same.....and it will come with considerable gpu grunt..
Or you cna look at kabini apu options.

    Does Intel have APUs?

    INTEL i3 3220
    ASUS H61M-K
    4GB Kingston HyperX BLU/Red 1600mhz
    Antec X1
Low end PSU Like Iball 450 or Frontech
Logitech MK200 2.0 Keyboard mouse combo
    Dell 2030M Monitor

If you want A good efficent and branded PSU go for Corsair CX 430v2 or Seasonic BT400 or Antec VP450.
    Don't consider Corsair VS Series
Then you have to change Processor to intel G2020.:)
